I am a dedicated, enthusiastic team player with an open and direct way of communicating. I have a structured, analytical and proactive work attitude in which theoretical and practical knowledge and experience are used to solve problems, tackle challenges or approach initiatives on all organizational levels (operational, tactical and strategical).

Doing so I take initiative and ownership to translate business need to solutions, optimize teams and processes in order to meet goals. I am especially strong in investigating and realizing new business opportunities, connecting with people to find common ground, building up new teams and services with a start-small-think-big mindset and innovation.

I have worked on several projects to optimize business processes, develop new services and/or upgrade existing services to meet new (market/privacy/security) standards. While doing so, building up teams, way of working and an open and innovative engineering culture where teams/engineers are enabled to take initiative and ownership is essential. Within these projects I have shown to be a peoples-person in which I am always open to help colleagues tackle problems or meet goals.
